This page is being used to provide access to images to the event organizer and their client, so there’s more images here than I would normally post.

The location was the Arcadian Loft at the Simpson Tower. The natural window light in the room was very nice. North light filtered by curtains and a small view to the west. Bounced electronic flash provided just the right amount of fill light.

As this is a blog about photography here are some of the technical details. I used a Nikon Z6 and a Nikkor 24-70 f/2.8 S lens with a twenty year old Nikon D600 flash in TTL mode. It worked very well for images within 7m and bounced off a nearby reflective, neutral surface. For longer distances, I used the Nikkor 85mm f/1.8 S without flash.
