Saturday, October 14 was a very windy fall day at the Brant Street (Burlington) Pier. I was standing next to the wall along the Waterfront Trail that passes Spencer Smith Park. The water was rough, waves crashing against the lake wall. I took a series of photos of the waves hitting it diagonally and so they ran along the wall as this sequence shows.

Looking toward St Catherines, you could see the overcast skies and rough water, but that didn’t a certain wind surfer!
