It was a rainy morning, but I decided to walk on a short section of the Bruce Trail close to where I live. The leaves are beginning to turn in earnest. There is still a lot of green, but the gold and red are starting to show.
There is a long pedestrian underpass below Highway 6. Unfortunately, its walls attract grafitti of the vandalism kind as opposed to the artistic sort.
Some red amongst the green. The white marker on the tree is the tell-tale sign of the Bruce Trail.
The sumac leaves heavy with rain have turned fall-red.
This wet rock garden pained with fallen leaves is part of the Bruce Trail.
