Today was a wet day, a rainy day. It is still raining now where I live and it has been raining continuously for at least 24 hours. I wanted to shoot some street photos and in the rain I thought I’d capture a few of the typical umbrella shots, but with the wind I was unable to hold the umbrella and a camera at the same time.

I’m not sure why I didn’t take a weather resistant camera and instead brought an M6 and an M9. At lunch, during my short walk, I braved getting wet and took a few images. The M6 stayed in the bag, while the Leica M9 with 35mm Summicron-M did the work.
