On the Victoria Day long weekend, we went on a road trip to Chicago. While it’s only 8 hours away, we decided to break up the drive on the way there and spent a night in the Bavarian-themed town of Frankenmuth, MI. That was quite the experience as the first few pictures show below. After the night there, we drove on to Chicago to visit with friends and take in the architecture: the skyscrapers and the Frank Lloyd Wright homes.
