I shot these on the weekend with my favourite lens and camera combination: the Leica M and 35mm Summicron-M. My version of the lens is from about 1973 of the “version III” vintage. It’s a Mandler-designed lens and made in Canada. It is not the sharpest of the great 35mm Summicron lenses, is prone to flare, but it’s compact and I like how it renders.
I shot these pictures wide open at f/2 and post processed them in Lightroom. The black-and-white tint is what Lenswork magazine uses.
Great pics!
can you give us a print (mom and dad)?
Thanks in advance
Dad
Yes you’ll be receiving it soon, hopefully.
