Today I used my Leica M9 with Elmarit 28mm lens. The lens is relatively old as it’s not the aspheric version. This one is I think from the early to mid 80’s. I wasn’t in downtown Toronto today, so no street photography. I carried the camera on my afternoon walk with my dog, Tazer.

It was freezing cold, -4C, and as I didn’t want my shivering to shake the camera, I set the ISO to 400. Here are a couple of the photos from the walk.

Small creek on our regular walk. The temperature was well below 0C, yet there was enough movement in the water for it to not freeze over. Leica M9, Elmarit 28mm f/8.0, 1/750, ISO 400
